Firehawk

From our Beginner line of model rockets, the Firehawk can reach heights of 550 feet on powerful Estes mini engine. Comes with all pre-colored parts so no painting is required!

The Firehawk will set the skies ablaze! This mini engines powered dynamo is sure to fire your imagination as it blasts toward the clouds on its way to extreme launch heights of 550 feet. The streamlined shaped Firehawk is hard to miss on the pad or in the sky with its bright red, pre-colored plastic fins and nose cone.

This rocket is one of our Beginner level kits that can be ready to fly in about an hour. To complete the Firehawk, we’ve also included a colorful, self-stick decal set that enhances the looks of this mini missile. After a screaming, high altitude flight, the rocket returns gently on a colorful 12 inch parachute. This rocket is a terrific model rocket and is ideal for scout, club or school activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUILD: Scissors, carpenter’s glue and plastic cement. (Tools, construction and finishing supplies not included.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO LAUNCH (sold separately): Estes Porta-Pad II Launch Pad and Electron Beam Launch Controller, Estes model rocket engines, starters and recovery wadding. Four 1.5V high quality AA alkaline batteries are also required for launch controller (not included).
